“Beth was an exceptional realtor to work with. As buyers based outside of the US, we truly appreciated how accommodating she was with our time zone and how available she made herself throughout the process (sent videos of properties, understands the local market). She connected us with a fantastic network, from a lawyer to a mortgage broker, making it possible to handle everything smoothly from abroad.
Beth listened to what we needed, cared deeply about both sides of the transaction and made the entire experience feel personal and stress-free.
And as a bonus, her celebratory homemade blueberry muffins (with blueberries from her own garden!) were absolutely incredible! We couldn’t recommend her more highly!”

Juanita Foley, London, UK

“Beth was amazing. Her attention to detail and local knowledge of the area was invaluable. Highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for a superior agent and buying experience.”

Mike K, NJ

“Our property situation was uniquely chaotic and Beth took that chaos and made it a successful sale that we weren't even sure was possible. She is truly remarkable and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. The fact that she is an all around fun and genuinely good person was just the icing on the cake. From selling our property to helping us find a rental in this crazy market (with a dog and a cat, and in a highly sought school district) she went above and beyond for our family to make it happen. We can not reccomend her enough for all your reality needs.

Beth we adore you, thank you for everything.

“Needing proximity to NYC & working with a lower budget than many buyers, I'm in no way the easiest client to match to a property. Beth always steered me true with patience, transparency, and grace.”

Bryn Grey, Dingmans Ferry, PA

“I have known Beth for many years, even before she became a broker. She listened and worked well with me, advising me on how to best prepare and market my home.
The biggest limiting factor was that I couldn't do more to upgrade/improve the home, that limited the asking price and eventual sale price. Beth always responded promptly to my messages and questions. She's a real professional and I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family who are interested in buying or selling property in the area she works in.
Beth was also able to recommend a Realtor in the area I was relocating to, which made my move to a new area go much more smoothly.”

“I dont think it is possible to HIGHLY recommend enough, Beth Bernitt- she truly is an outstanding real estate agent! We knew very little of the area but from the moment my husband and I started working with her on purchasing our dream Lake House on Swinging Bridge Reservoir, Monticello, NY, Beth impressed us with her deep knowledge of the local market, responsiveness and genuine care for our needs. She put all the pieces together to make this transaction close seemlessly. Thank you Beth”

“Elizabeth was truly wonderful to work with and made what could have been a complicated land purchase feel possible and supported every step of the way. She helped me purchase Lot 15 on Magnolia Drive, and I honestly don’t think it would have happened without her.

Beyond being responsive, organized, and knowledgeable, Elizabeth went above and beyond by connecting me with trusted local referrals who were essential to getting everything done. Those connections made a huge difference and kept the process moving when it easily could have stalled. She didn’t just handle the transaction & she helped solve real problems.

She communicated clearly, followed up consistently, and always made me feel like a priority. I never felt rushed or pressured, only guided and supported. Her patience, honesty, and steady presence gave me a lot of confidence during a big decision.

If you’re looking for a broker who genuinely cares, has strong local knowledge, and will do what it takes to get the job don”

“I had the pleasure of working with Beth for the sale of my parents home in Smallwood. My parents owned the the home for over 50 years and it was a bittersweet experience. Beth was extremely supportive and helpful in the process. She made herself available and accessible. She was very helpful in recommendations I needed for movers, etc. as I do not live in the area I relied on Beth to make sure the house was secured after visits which she always did and she always communicated any information about visits and interests in the home. I told Beth that we were anxious to sell the house and after her first walkthrough on July 1st she told me she was confident the house would be sold by the end of the summer. I was very pleased with the pricing and true to her word the house closed on Labor Day weekend. Beth is a wonderful realtor and am happy to highly recommend her services.”

“We were working with another agent but her local knowledge, confidence and her ability to instill confidence in us in the decisions we made allowed us to come to an easy decision to work with her.

Her top notch and unmatched ability to lead while hearing and digesting our wants and needs made us feel comfortable while working with a difficult selling party. We never felt like we were making the wrong decision as long as we were taking advice from her and navigating the stressful process of purchasing our first home in a difficult environment.”

“Beth was an asset to have on our team during the closing of our home purchase. She was very responsive, always available, a great negotiator, and would find any information we needed throughout the purchase. She would check in when there were lulls during the contract period as we were waiting on things to make sure things were moving along for us. She was very personable and was with us at closing as well. A pleasure to work with. Thank you Beth!!”

Annette - Roscoe, NY

“Beth Bernitt was a great agent to work with. I believe selling our property had some challenges that are not typical with most sales. Early on she said it may take a while, but we will get it sold, and we did! Beth did not give up, but I feel not all agents would have been so supportive throughout our process. From the first time we met with Beth Bernitt to the day of closing, she kept us up to date on what was happening from showing the property numerous times to working with us to make a decision on any offers we received. Best of all we were able to sell close to what we were asking, and all went smoothly.
I would certainly recommend hiring Beth as a real estate agent.
Thanks!”

Diane Schmidt Allentown, PA (Family property located in Jeffersonville, NY)

“Beth was the utmost professional. She was extremely prompt on returning phone calls and answering questions. We were in excellent hands. Thank you Beth”

Peggy & Carl

“This was perhaps the easiest, and fastest real estate transaction we have ever done (and we have done a few) mainly due to how well Beth handled it.

Beth was always on top of every single detail and there wasn't a minute of wasted time and there were zero communication gaps. Beth also helped us find (and use) a fantastic home inspector who did a very thorough job. That helped us feel very confident in making our purchase commitment.

Again, Beth was simply stellar on every level, from understanding our requirements to helping us negotiate a fair price to executing and concluding the deal. We always felt comfortable and confident, and Beth was always there to help out, with a good piece of advice, or with some excellent local insight.

If Beth is your agent, you are in luck!”

Charley Trowbridge

Beth was the best, wonderful to work with.”
