“I had the pleasure of working with Beth for the sale of my parents home in Smallwood. My parents owned the the home for over 50 years and it was a bittersweet experience. Beth was extremely supportive and helpful in the process. She made herself available and accessible. She was very helpful in recommendations I needed for movers, etc. as I do not live in the area I relied on Beth to make sure the house was secured after visits which she always did and she always communicated any information about visits and interests in the home. I told Beth that we were anxious to sell the house and after her first walkthrough on July 1st she told me she was confident the house would be sold by the end of the summer.
