“I had the pleasure of working with Beth for the sale of my parents home in Smallwood. My parents owned the the home for over 50 years and it was a bittersweet experience. Beth was extremely supportive and helpful in the process. She made herself available and accessible. She was very helpful in recommendations I needed for movers, etc. as I do not live in the area I relied on Beth to make sure the house was secured after visits which she always did and she always communicated any information about visits and interests in the home. I told Beth that we were anxious to sell the house and after her first walkthrough on July 1st she told me she was confident the house would be sold by the end of the summer. I was very pleased with the pricing and true to her word the house closed on Labor Day weekend. Beth is a wonderful realtor and am happy to highly recommend her services.”

Again, the only aspect of our experience we weren't happy with was the dual agency. She clearly stated with her first customer that she was a buyers agent. But when we signed the contracts with her we were under the impression that she would be working as a sellers agent. In actuality, because I myself am the broker/ owner of Stonewll Realty, I should have known better and checked the sales agreement myself. But I allowed the other family members to handle it and didn't read through it. With that being said, Beth did a great job and we are just happy this ordeal is finally over with!”
